* Responsibilities

- searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
- developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;

Technical Sales Manager, Automotive BU

Main Duties:

•	Serves as direct, first line technical contact in product development.
•	Assist the Sales Team to win project design.
•	Work independently or with the R&D teams (in China and Europe) to meet technical and commercial customers’ requirements.
•	In cooperation with the process engineers, monitor the release process of the design wins until the part is effectively manufactured on the production line.
•	Be part of the pricing proposal for custom product development to return investment and present profitable business to the company.  
•	Develop technical collateral material and application notes.
•	Provide new product and technical training to distributors and customers.
•	Assist customers in selecting automotive products within Pulse range of capabilities.

General Duties:

•	Provides technical expertise and value to customers who integrate firms’ products with their own.
•	Assignments include interpretations of designs, applications and service information.  
•	Typically interacts with sales team, manufacturing, quality and design personnel.  
•	Gathers information concerning the capabilities of company products.  
•       Takes care of customer specific requirements updates, score cards and customer satisfaction reports as authorized person in sales team.  
•	May work through all phases of customer interaction including customer analysis, design implementation and product manufacturing.  
•	Represents customers’ interests at technical meetings within the company.

Field Application Engineer at Automotive BU

Daily interaction with sales channel and product marketing to coordinate customer sales opportunities and product training. Regular interaction with divisional engineers to aid in specifying product requirements for new designs and provide technical support of current products.

Daily interaction with Pulse sales representatives and distribution partners to provide prompt technical and specification guidance for field sales.  

Specific Position Duties:

- Customer visits to Distribution partners and OEM customers. Training to Internal and External Field Sales Team and Distribution network in Europe. 
- Analyze customer technical requirements to recommend Pulse products. 
- Work with Product Management and Marketing to update New Product Presentations, roadmaps and help develop other marketing collateral material. 
- Assist Territory Sales Managers in creating and updating opportunities in Pulse CRM tool. 
- Provide competitive technical feedback to the product divisions to assist in generating new products and product lines. 
- Oversee, prioritize and manage internal issues to ensure customer satisfaction in production development.

Distribution Application Specialist

As a specialist in technical sales support I sell professional measuring instruments, such as electronic tester, millimetre, instruments for testing telecommunications and computer networks, industrial systems and energy networks. (The provider: Fluke, Flir, Metrel, Extech, Yokogawa, Armfield, Amprobe - www.micom.ba )
An additional activity are services relating to the maintenance of measuring instruments, as well as organization of calibration services for electronic and temperature gauges in accredited laboratories and provision of services for the detection of thermal video recordings.
The main activities of the company are: industrial measurements, measurements within the energy networks, telecommunication networks, computer networks, measurements of environmental parameters, laboratory measurements, calibration of measuring instruments for electronic and temperature-related data.

My duties within the sales department are the following:
- Editing of questions and preparation of quotations
- Visit to target buyers and processing of data
- Preparation of tender offers
- Presentation of equipment for buyers
- Organization of trade fairs
- Preparation of seminars for buyers
- Prepare a Pricelist
- Do translations and instructions

Technical Sales Engineer

I worked as technical sales engineer for Danfoss frequency converters in food and beverage industry for BiH, as well as in HVAC (heating, ventilation and conditioning) applications. I did commissioning 
frequency converters and attended Danfoss service training to get the service licence. Due to my experience from former company I worked as technical sales engineer for industrial sensors too. (Nivelco, Pepperl +Fluchs, Festo, IFM and SICK).
EMTelektro inzinjering produces control cabinets and pump systems too. I learned about automation of frequency converters in control cabinets and pump systems.

Technical support specialist and sales engineer for industrial sensors, automation systems and safety
solutions for SICK products. I was also Technical support specialist and sales engineer for signal connectors made by Harting. I worked as technical support for sales program of RS components, (www.rswww.com), supplier which has more than 500.000 products in its portfolio. Learning and specialization for above mentioned jobs I did on trainings in Germany as well as trough the web seminars.
