I am the founder of leadHER and host a podcast bearing the same name. With my background in startup acceleration and my passion for innovation, I strive to strengthen the identification of young women with leadership roles. Through practice-orientated workshops and in-depth conversations, I work on making women in leadership more visible and providing access to a variety of role models. Creating a platform for exchange, community and the encouragement to take on responsibility is important to me. During my studies, I noticed that hardly any female students applied for committee leadership positions - a mirror image of the economy that needs to be polished urgently.
