In 2021, I made a career change from arts management to tech. I returned to school and earned an MS in Information Systems, my second master's degree. I decided to specialize as a Salesforce Administrator because of my customer relationship management (CRM) software experience. Highlights of my background include working in an executive level office for the City of Seattle, managing 35+ staff in assisted living and memory care, earning the rank of Eagle Scout, teaching and administration secondary education, leading youth and senior summer camps, and administration and fundraising for professional theaters. I pursued acting for almost a decade, through which I honed many transferable skills, including collaborative teamwork, discipline, knowing my audience, presenting in from of anyone, being results oriented, and deadline driven (“the show must go on”). Human capital is a company's greatest asset. I gain great fulfillment in opportunities to train, serve, and empower colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
