In class 12, I took PCM. It was not for me.

I thought I would go into business psychology. Then HR.

My counselor encouraged me to take a pure psychology degree so I could explore more.

Every year I tried something new.

Psychological disorders. Behavioral science. Human resource management.

By the end of my bachelor’s, I realized what I loved most was being a mentor.

That led me into career counseling, soft skills training, and coaching.

The path was not perfect. But it was mine.

🎯 Law 2: Make It Attractive
↳ Pair what you need with what you want: Only watch Netflix on the treadmill.
↳ Reframe: "I GET to workout" not "I HAVE to."
↳ Surround yourself with people who have the habits you want.

🎯 Law 3: Make It Easy
↳ Remove friction: Sleep in workout clothes, prep meals on Sunday.
↳ Use the 2-Minute Rule: Start so small you can’t say no (read 1 page).
↳ Optimize decisive moments.

🎯 Law 4: Make It Satisfying
↳ Celebrate: Mark an X on your calendar after every workout.
↳ Make it public: Share your progress or create a habit contract.
↳ Never miss twice.

THE IDENTITY SHIFT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING:

I stopped saying:
❌ "I'm trying to work out more"
❌ "I want to be a writer"
❌ "I should read more"

I started saying:
✅ "I'm an athlete"
