Upsy Shopping Helper

- Successfully redesigned an AI-based shopping helper widget that improved the overall user experience.
- Implemented customer feedback to redesign the widget, customer dashboard, and marketing website, resulting in a significant increase in usage of Upsy has increased by 47% compared to the same period last year. Before the new version, Upsy had a usage percentage of 5.9%, but now we have a usage percentage of 8.7%. This means more Upsy users, more sales, more people served, and fewer customer service calls.

- The new Upsy features have also contributed to a 31.8% increase in sales compared to the same period of time.

- Worked with 8 developers to provide integrated design solutions for SaaS / CPaSS services for Europe and US clients.
- Successfully designed, prototyped and handed off 5 products related to telecommunication and online betting.

CyberBox

- Led the product and system design for a complex NFT market product, resulting in the design of the dashboard and marketing website.
- Achieved +1200 active users within 3 months of launch MVP.

Telesmart.io

- Led branding, system design, user flow and UI/UX design for Telesmart resulting in the design of both costumer and admin dashboards and marketing website.
