Senior Operations & Implementation Analyst

• Support the delivery of new business tender presentations, ensuring a consistent message is delivered. 
• Support the SIPM in a range of product development projects to meet business goals. 
• Support full interaction with other areas of the business, including Bulk Annuity Origination and Insurance Finance, to deliver successful on-boarding of new bulk annuity policies following contract signing.
• Assist the SIPM in the implementation of client schemes to the BAU function and participate in all aspects of the implementation delivery. 
• Ensure all tasks associated with the oversight and governance of TPAs are conducted in accordance with LBG’s supplier management framework including performance monitoring and supplier due diligence. • Assist the HOO and SIPM with the on-boarding of new suppliers ensuring all due diligence activities are delivered. 
• Assist the SOM and SIPMs in ensuring that bulk mailings and mailshots are tested for compliance with layout and technical content requirements prior to issue. This may involve travel to other locations or offices.

Implementation Analyst - Bulk Annuity

MUFG

• Responsible for monitoring multiple mail boxes, and answering urgent queries from front, middle and back office, whilst ensuring to complete the daily workload to a high standard.
• Produce and circulate accurate monthly management reports within strict-timeframes, by reconciling previous month’s data, investigating any anomalies and making necessary updates.
• Monitors covenants for a wide range of MUFG clients, and ensures the efficient update within in-house systems for accurate monthly reporting.
• Monitor daily and weekly check sheets to guarantee all deadlines are met.
• Processing and monitoring borrower rating applications together with conditions and instructions using various in-house systems such as OVS, OLAP, ATOM, G-CARS, and Excel.
• Download and circulate new customer credit information to all areas of Front Office in a timely manner.
• Provide daily administrative support for the Credit Control Department (split across two offices).
• Monitoring and reconciling OVS transactions using Fi-Bridge, and addressing any discrepancies that may arise.
• OVS updates including credit limit renewals and CIF amendments that are requested by front office.
• Produce daily reports to monitor customers’ facility utilisation [including MUSI-related transactions]. Investigate and determine whether a customer is in breach and escalate when necessary.
• Communicating with and answering ad hoc requests for various areas of the bank including, back, middle and front offices.
• Daily Monitoring of loan administration input to ensure high accuracy.  Global Zeus reports confirming the deal team’s earlier inputs are correct.

Credit Control Analyst

Metro Bank (UK)

•	Supporting Partnership Banking Managers/Directors who hold large high net worth client portfolios across a wide variety of entities who contributed to 20% of Metro Banks total deposit in 2016.
•	Deal with specialist areas such as Pension accounts, Personal Injury Trust companies, Life assurance firms and Independent Financial Advisors within specified SLA’s.
•	On boarding large Intermediary firms, specialist account opening that has been tailored to meet the demands of the clients, making payments and providing an ongoing support with a personal touch.
•	Responsibilities include specialist and complex account opening (ensuring the correct type of due diligence is applied especially in the regulated and non-regulated pensions sector), daily maintenance of large corporate client needs received via inbox/mail alongside phone support.

Partnership Support Specialist

•	Account opening (personal and business) and providing loan and credit card facilities.
•	Providing high levels of face to face customer service while also dealing and solving customer disputes and queries.
•	Logging IT issues within the stores and finding solutions to solve the problem.
•	Initializing conversations, answering questions, sorting out problems and recommending different services or products. 
•	Understanding of business / commercial banking and KYC / KYB.
•	Refer high risk cases to the AML/CTF investigators for full reviews to be undertaken.
•	Encountering frontline fraud and referring to fraud department
•	Identifying customer ID using UV light protecting the bank from fraudulent activities
•	Processing SWIFT/SEPA payments and complete SAR’s on CRM whenever suspicious on unusual activities.

Personal Banker

•	Responsible for cash, card and cheque handling, solving customer problems and general account queries.
•	Balancing tills, vault counts and ATMs.
•	Ordering & Remitting weekly GBP and Foreign Cash for the bank and conducting risk control checks.
•	Receiving & processing all incoming payments; wire transfers, cheques (including foreign currency). Also handling all cashier related enquiries from customers either in person, by phone, email or written correspondence.
•	Regular till spot checks, general office paper work as well as opening and closing the branch.
•	Handling cash quickly, accurately and responsibly while providing a friendly and efficient service so as to encourage repeat business.
•	Paying attention to detail to avoid processing fraudulent cheques, cash

Cashier

Reporting into the Head of Operations & Outsourcing (HOO) and working with the Senior Implementation Programme Managers (SIPMs)  and Senior Operations Manager (SOM), assisting the Operations & Outsourcing function to deliver benefits and services to bulk annuity  policyholders – both corporate and individual and meet our internal governance and reporting requirements. Operational and pricing  administration tasks are currently outsourced to third party administrators and therefore the main duties of the role are to assist the HOO  and SIPM to deliver the implementation of newly appointed pension schemes insurance contracts. Tasks include the consolidation of  pension scheme data for processing, Ongoing Know Your Customer (OKYC) and screening for sanction and PEP individuals are met and  working with the SIPM to act as the conduit for data queries for both internal and external customers.
