Dapper - Hiring 🏆 - the Growth Agency

As a Growth Marketing Intern I keep myself busy with the following tasks:

- Market Research. Doing research for international clients which involves interviewing both our own clients, and some of their clients. This is done to get a good understanding of different markets.

- Marketing Strategy. Together with our international clients and team, we define a growth marketing strategy. This requires stakeholder management and presenting different elements of the strategy.

- Digital Marketing. Conducting multiple marketing activities, after defining the strategy. This is also done by working together with our international clients and our international team.

- Content Marketing. I will be creating content in collaboration with our international content creators. There also needs to be an alignment with our international clients.

- Process improvement & personal development. Internal learning and process optimization activities. Working together in teams with (inter)national colleagues to perform these activities. 

- Company support activities. Since Dapper is a fast growing company, we have many opportunities to help build the solid basis in any kind of department. Activities will be a combination of marketing (for Dapper), improving the way of working and helping to standardize processes.
