•	Manage user accounts, e-mail and web filtering, remote access, and backup systems for multiple client networks.
•	Provide prompt user support via phone, e-mail, and remote tools for hundreds of end-users across disparate small business network infrastructures.
•	Proactively monitor and manage hundreds of workstations, servers, routers, and other network devices and services using RMM tools.
•	Maintain internal knowledgebase and secure databases of critical client inventory and systems credentials.
•	Travel on-site to provide in-person support as well as plan, install, upgrade, and troubleshoot client workstations, servers, printers, and network devices.
•	Track and document support requests in help desk/CRM, and provide detailed logging, reports and documentation for clients as needed.
•	Influence, research, implement and maintain various tools and services for internal company infrastructure.
•	Onboard and train new internal company staff, ensuring thorough access to and knowledge of all client systems and services utilizing our standard procedures.
•	Plan and lead internal company meetings as well as coordinate with existing and potential client executives regarding managed service offerings, systems status and future planning.
