“When life gave me lemons, I made a lemonade” Not kidding. Remember that feeling of crushing a big goal? Yeah, I had that.  After building, scaling, and selling my 1st SaaS startup (ThreadSol) in 2019 for a bazillion bucks, I was chilling with a bank account that looked like a phone number.  Life was great. No more red-eye flights, endless meetings, or stressing about payroll. But something was missing. Turns out, living in first class can get kinda... stale. I missed the rush, the chaos, the "holy crap are we gonna make it?!" feeling that only a startup can give you. So, I decided to build ZapScale- a B2B SaaS platform that helps small businesses win at customer success.  With the experience of my last startup where we delivered 1.5% YoY churn for 5 years, retaining 150 customers from 17 countries, we are making ZapScale the best customer success platform. The fun part? We have the same awesome team, and the same brilliant investors, but a new mission: making customer success epic for everyone, not just the big ones.
