Performance Optimisation Manager

Senior Manager, leading data and analytics projects across the Retail & Small Business portfolios; including regulatory modelling and decision optimisation projects.

Internal secondment position. Providing leadership for 16 highly technical risk specialists (plus 7 contractors), and responsible for overseeing end-to-end model developments, monitoring and insights across all Retail portfolios.
