Over the past seven years, I have worked in a range of executive leadership roles in digital, marketing and finance. I am currently the Head Of E-commerce & Digital Marketing at Fella Hamilton. I have built a reputation as a driven and dedicated executive leader with a passion for helping companies enhance their digital capabilities through leading teams to implement successful digital marketing strategies. During my time at Fella Hamilton, I have been responsible for developing and executing omnichannel go to market e-commerce strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, planning and executing all web, SEM, email, SMS, and display advertising campaigns, owning and monitoring the digital project portfolio and reporting on the performance of all digital channels, identifying and integrating new AI, digital, and CRM tools to support and improve client outcomes, among other responsibilities. Prior to my current role, I was Head Of Digital at Relevant Digital, where I executed digital marketing strategy for some of Australia’s leading Retail brands. I also worked as a General Manager at Chandler, where I oversaw daily operations of the business in Victoria, including production, pricing, sales, and distribution of print and digital media. I was also previously the CEO of HC Securities, where I planned, developed, implemented and directed the company’s operational and financial performance, and more. Apart from my passion for everything digital, e-commerce and marketing, I also have a keen interest in getting the most out of my teammates while helping them grow. This includes empowering and inspiring colleagues to be their best selves at work in both group and individual settings. While I take my job seriously, I don’t take myself too seriously, and like to be upbeat, open and approachable to all colleagues.
