• Managed the marketing budget of $ 5.3 million for the product line, with a professional staff of eleven.
• Developed Direct Marketing and Media Strategy to promote product lines.  
• Created the national participant education team.  • Led a team that consolidated the marketing collateral for the business into and integrated, brand-supporting tool for the sales force and relationship managers. • Assumed the marketing director responsibilities for the Asset Management Group.

• Created and Implemented Direct Marketing Program to support KeyCorp’s 401(k) Program.  Program won both an ECHO and MOBIUS awards.
• Supervised agency and mail house relationships for successful direct marketing program that netted $ 2.5 million in profit
• Created business and marketing plans for product lines.
• Implemented innovative quarterly statement strategy incorporating direct marketing techniques leading to measurable changes in participation and savings rates, and changes in asset allocation
