• Recruited to be the first director of marketing for a large segment of the capital management business, which included Employee Benefits, Institutional Custody & Institutional Investments. 
• Managed the marketing budget of $ 5.3 million for the product line, with a professional staff of eleven.
• Developed Direct Marketing and Media Strategy to promote product lines.  
• Created the national participant education team.  • Led a team that consolidated the marketing collateral for the business into and integrated, brand-supporting tool for the sales force and relationship managers.  This three part strategy defined look, manner and tone for prospecting, existing clients, and plan participants
• Assumed the marketing director responsibilities for the Asset Management Group.  
• Developed a brokerage-supported small plan 401(k) plan under the Evergreen brand name.  This parallel employee benefit product leveraged qualified leads identified by the national network of brokers.

• Expanded Product Management Function for proprietary employee benefit, commercial bank, cash management and international bank products
• Directed the marketing effort for the Institutional Asset Service segment and directed the creation and production of marketing collateral for all lines of business.
• Managed the marketing budget of $ 1.9 Million for the product lines.	
• Developed National Sales Expansion Strategy to identify important markets
• Created and Implemented Direct Marketing Program to support KeyCorp’s 401(k) Program.  Program won both an ECHO and MOBIUS awards.
• Supervised agency and mail house relationships for successful direct marketing program that netted $ 2.5 million in profit
• Created business and marketing plans for product lines.
• Implemented innovative quarterly statement strategy incorporating direct marketing techniques leading to measurable changes in participation and savings rates, and changes in asset allocation

Vice-President, Marketing

• Hired to develop the first strategic plan for 850-store unit.
• Established market research programs using external and internal resources and analyzed information for the development of marketing strategy.
