- Customer Success: 75% + customer in green 🟢 with Slack-Heavy approach & Sales Nav training
- Account Management: Upsell & Multi-year Renewals from scratch with triggers and reporting
- Sales Enablement: Onboard reps in under a week with Docs and on-hand coaching
- Revenue Operations: We don't touch SFDC and it has all the data
- Product Marketing: User-level campaigns to drive feature adoption, collect feedback and reviews
