Business Development Manager

Indeed Flex

Within this role I am working closely with new and existing clients, closely managing client accounts and getting clients set up on the Indeed Flex platform. 

Taking clients through the sign-up process and verifying their accounts, ensuring they meet guidelines by checking government details. 

Holding meetings with new clients on a regular basis to demo the Indeed Flex platform to them, and taking them through all the different functionalities. 

Creating close relationships with clients to ensure that we are meeting their needs and requirements. 

Managing new business and leading prospecting new and potential clients.

Using CRM platforms such as; Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, and ChatGPT on a daily basis to track and manage all data.

As an Onboarding Executive my main job responsibility’s include, recruiting candidates for clients across the UK. So, it is my job to ensure that I am hiring the best quality candidates that are suitable for the roles we offer on the job platform. This also includes, assessing candidates skills and knowledge whilst, also finding out about what jobs they are interested in. 

I have advanced knowledge of using software such as Zoom, ACP, Fountain, google sheets and many other hiring platforms. 

My role is a mix between admin, compliance and face to face recruitment, so due to this I have gained several skills such as; problem solving, character judgement, communication skills, IT and social skills. 

My role also has an element of outbound sales as I am selling the company to the candidates, informing them on why IndeedFlex would be a great fit for them and there lifestyle.

Another, element of my role is assessing Right To Work documents such as passports, Biometric residents permits and share codes. Due to this I have advanced knowledge of how to assess and upload government documents.

Within this role I had several responsibilities, it was my job to ensure that the customers were satisfied with the services we had provided for them. Any questions or queries that the customer had would be dealt with by me. I also had more basic responsibilities such as FOH roles, serving food, checking customers into the venue. 

Whilst in this role I gained many problem solving skills, as I was dealing with issues in a very quick time frame to ensure no distress was felt towards the customers.

Hospitality Supervisor

As a Business Development Manager at Matrix, I am responsible for managing client accounts and generating new business opportunities in the staffing and recruiting industry. I have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and increasing client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and excellent service. 

I have a solid academic background in Law, Communication and Media Studies, and Criminology, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand the needs and challenges of various sectors and clients. I also have expertise in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau, which enable me to efficiently manage and optimize the sales cycle. I am passionate about connecting people with the right roles and creating value for both clients and candidates.
