A multi-faceted position that requires comprehensive understanding of, and direct involvement in, all company operations.  This includes:

-Collaborating with client stakeholders to identify needs and goals as well as develop strategies for addressing and reaching them;
-Designing and creating content customized for a variety of communications outcomes;
-Delivering operational support and talent development services, such as communications coaching, workshops and management advisory;
-Analyzing clients' employee relations and communications to determine risks and opportunities; and
-Producing a variety of reports to interpret such information and advise stakeholders on those risks and opportunities.

Company Owner

A collection of project-based roles focused on creating and delivering communications and intercultural coaching, talent development and problem-solving programs for multinational corporations, including some of world's 500 largest companies.

These included such great companies as Alstom Hydro, Continental and GE.
