In September of 2019, I made a huge leap to start my own LLC, to support Chick-fil-A Denver as their Area Marketing Director.  Due to the current circumstances Chick-fil-A was no longer in need of a AMD and needed to save their resources.  If you are looking for someone to support your marketing and sales need, I am that person!  I am a one stop shop with abilities to run paid campaigns, work along side a graphic designer and local printer for creative and all printing needs.  To add, if you are in need of staffing, mascots and brand ambassadors, look no further!!!  I have over 17 years of experience specific to the QSR and resturaunt business.  This includes everything from catering, sales, customer service and marketing.

Boston Market

I was with Boston Market for almost 9 years.  Throughout that time my positions and roles changed based off of promotions, areas of success and expertise.
My role originated as a Market Specialist at the inception of the Boston Market Catering Department and Call Center.  My duties entailed everything from cold calling, customer service and follow up, relationship building and management with internal and external customers. . The call center started with only 3 of us and quickly grew having over 20 - 30 customer service reps to assist clients in answering questions and placing orders.
My role quickly changed to manager.  My role was to manage on a day to day basis the performance and work of all 20 call center agents, ensure scheduling was aligned with call volume and hour of operations. Analyzing data to include call center matrix (after call time, talk times, hold times, dropped calls statistics) coach and make adjustment to improve the overall customer satisfaction and growing success of catering.  In addition I served as the link between Catering and other departments to determine best procedures for billing, marketing, Q and A and Learning and Development.
My final role at Boston Market was where I found my true passion, which was training and Q and A.
My role was to assist in creating effective training materials to include training manuals, facilitator’s guides, power points and bench marking test. In addition to creating the material I successfully would train all new hires for the call center which included both in-house agents and the virtual model agents. Q and A required developing monthly assessment, call monitoring forms; follow up call and coaching call to measure performance and maintenance of customer service, sales and satisfaction.
