In this role my tasks & responsibilities include:

• Managing content changeovers for new season campaigns, sales, and seasonal promotions.

• Product uploading to both websites, including copywriting, image uploads and product descriptions that are fully optimised for SEO.

• Working closely with the Merchandise team & Visual Merchandising department to arrange in season ecommerce web photography for private labels to be photographed in-house.

• Working with suppliers to obtain product imagery and descriptions where possible to minimise
internal photography workload and costs.

• Collating, arranging, photographing and recording all samples required for online photoshoots, making sure that all products are photographed and uploaded to the website as soon as the stock arrives.

• Performing regular website audits and identifying optimisation opportunities.

• Uploading products and maintaining accuracy via Myer Dropship.

• Ensuring all products are uploaded to Shopify, categorised, and tagged in a manner that it is
discoverable for the customer and aligned with website architecture.

• On page SEO – applying keywords, meta tags alt tags and collection copy across the website.

• Building, proofing and scheduling of eDM’s and flows via Klaviyo.

• Regular merchandising of websites, ensuring out of stock items are hidden, and that top
selling items and high stock items are merchandising in prime real estate across the website.

• Creation of digital materials in accordance with brand guidelines (eg website
banners, social media assets, and eDM banners).

• Photography & image editing for clothing accessories, knitwear and shirts.

• I worked with and reported to the Marketing manager with clients across Agriculture, Construction, Apparel, and technology.

•  For all clients I produced website copy, blogs that were SEO optimised, and social media calendars.

• I developed experience with producing copy, designing and distributing press releases.

• I gathered extensive experience with using ChatGPT for producing copy for social media calendars, blogs, brochure copy and website copy.

• I helped produce copy for and design EDM's (Email Marketing Campaigns) and I helped out on an ad-hoc basis with (print & digital) design work for different clients.

• I was also responsible for helping manage design and marketing interns on a day to day basis.

• In this role I refined my attention to detail, teamwork skills and written communication skills.

• In this role I undertook a HubSpot SEO accreditation.

Digital Marketing Coordinator 

The Push Inc.

I participated in a new youth-led initiative called Push Records which is a part of The Push Inc. In this six-month program I worked under the ‘Branding and Design Stream’ to help five young and incredibly talented artists release their music

Over the six-month course I worked collaboratively over Zoom with thirty other incredibly talented participants in the program to help set a platform for the five young artists that were signed to the label.

I was fortunate enough to learn directly from industry professionals more about the Melbourne music industry. As well as working on and refining both my design and communication skills, through applying my design thinking and creative skills to different design briefs and projects.

•  For Year 10 school work experience I assisted a wedding photographer by carrying equipment, changing lenses and providing design ideas that featured in final products.

•  I enjoyed the photography process and assisting a professional photographer so much that I pursued this experience for over a year despite only needing to do work experience for 2 weeks.

•  My supervisor found me to be “extremely enthusiastic, polite and helpful” and that I was always willing to “roll up [my] sleeves and pitch in”.

Wedding Photography 

With a Bachelor of Communication Design and a Bachelor of Business (with a major in Marketing) from Monash University. I am passionate about honing my skills and creativity in both ecommerce and graphic design to elevate businesses and help them thrive visually and digitally.

My strong attention to detail, combined with my motivation and high levels of organisation, has driven my success with both ecommerce and running my own freelance graphic design business.
