Decisive, understanding and passionate are three of my best skills, striving to provide our clients with the best service possible. I originally set out on a career in hospitality after leaving school. I have been in the construction industry for 13 years, still to this day I use the skills learned from managing teams in a stressful environment, coupled with a keen eye for customer satisfaction to enhance the business at Milletts Electrical. It is my goal at Milletts Electrical to produce an efficient stress free service for all of our clients. Over the coming years I plan to take this business forward, being so consistent with our project delivery that we are first choice every time for our clients. Problem solving quickly and effectively to iron out the issues before they escalate, protecting our clients interests and making strong new relationships is paramount. Our goals are mirrored by every member of our team, whether office based or on the ground. It’s the driving force that has pushed the company forward and will continue to do for many years to come. There are plenty of improvements to be made but we work towards a better business everyday. If you’re not moving forwards in business your moving backwards as a business. I strongly believe in learning and training for all those I work with in this business and will strive to push forwards all team members with personal 1 on 1 support and genuine encouragement. On a personal aspect I look back over the last 12 months have seen the biggest change in myself since I left school. My mindset has been realigned meaning my goals have grown considerably. It’s time to stop being busy…….by being busy, it’s time to focus and continue with a growth mindset both personally and in my career.
