With a career spanning 17+ years in the real estate industry, I've served in various roles, including Sales, Management, and coaching. Before entering real estate, I excelled in the hospitality sector, achieving notable positions such as Chief Concierge and Guest Services Manager in luxury hotels like the Four Seasons-San Francisco, Four Seasons-Santa Barbara, St. Regis San Francisco, and Ojai Valley Inn & Spa. My exceptional customer service skills earned recognition, including membership in the prestigious professional concierge association, Les Clefs d'Or USA ("Gold Keys"). Innate coaching abilities emerged early in my career, initially as an integral part of my hospitality roles. Putting human skills before technical skills, I fostered connections, built trust, and created safe spaces for direct reports. Over time, coaching became an intrinsic part of my purpose, which I define as "Empowering others to be a courageous CEO of their life journey."
