Michael J. Bowen began his career in domestic and international banking before moving into commercial real estate development. By the age of 35, Michael was one of the United States’ top 50 commercial real estate developers and the State of Hawaii’s largest developer. By the age of 40, Michael was appointed as the National Republican Congressional Committee Michigan Co-Chair. Michael soon expanded to international development where he structured the $130 billion Natural Resource Development Deal that allowed a pre-emerging economy of US national interest to successfully capitalize on their assets; after which Michael was inducted into the Ronald Reagan Congressional Committee. Never one to rest on his laurels, Michael branched into a variety of charitable initiatives including establishing and funding Central Michigan University’s School of Real Estate Development and various venture philanthropy initiatives aimed at uplifting indigenous peoples around the globe. Taking that international experience further, Michael was Senior Advisor for President Trump's Florida campaign and helped develop the trade, regulatory, and tax policy. Michael's life took a dramatic turn when his epilepsy medications quit working - and only cannabis would save his life. Since that time, Michael's focus has been on how to legitimize and professionalize the American cannabis industry, while spreading the word on how cannabis cures. Michael has served on numerous for profit and nonprofit Boards and has been recognized by dozens of media outlets and various awards over the years.
