Born & grown in the Isle of spice, Michael has elevated through out the years in many areas of his life, which has taught him a lot of valuable lesson especially in the job market it's always a blessing when you can get into a classroom or library filled with children and work closely along with them to aid towards growth and development of our nation's future even playing his role in youth groups has thought him a lot as to how much community and group development is a key factor of our society. He had faced many challenges along the way but as a child growing up one thing he had learnt is that growth is not something easy it comes with hurt hence when a child fall's there is a tendency to cry. However the child don't remain on the ground he get's up and walk again that's how he grows from one stage to another. On his present journey in the hospitality industry he knows he will face the bittersweet which is an important aspect towards growth and development however with a willing and steady mind to push on through he knows he will be able to overcome his challenges, achieve and make a successful contribution towards this lovely and dynamic industry.
