As a Managing Consultant, I am responsible for the development and growth of Ganymede's transportation division, supporting our clients in vehicle presentation, customer service & engineering across the UK. With a headcount of 100+ in operation across a range of roles, I have the overall responsibility for supporting our clients to retain & transfer staff on a permanent basis by providing top quality candidates and a unique tailored service for their business & division using our interactive video interviewing platform "Ganymede Connect". I am supported by a team of 3x recruiter's and an administrator where I am tasked with their on-going personal development & growth whilst holding responsibility for P&L.
