Directly managed 3 Business Systems Analysts and their workload/project backlog while ensuring resources were available and prioritized roadmap for the year
Indirectly managed/delegated 3 SFDC developers, 6 SFDC admins, and entire IT operations (~15) individuals for additional resources and help with various projects, as needed
Effectively remained dynamic and flexible as business priorities changed over the course of a year, as well as, determining which projects have to be reprioritized  to fit new projects in based on resources.
