Results and mission-driven leader, with 16 years of professional experience (8 years operating within and leading teams in fast-growth tech like Cruise, Uber, Amazon and multiple startups). With a passion for empowering people through tech, I specialize in launching and optimizing products, services, and marketplaces for early and growth stage companies. Background: I entered tech after building a foundation of leadership, mission-orientation and value-centricity through West Point and 8 years serving in the US Army as an operations leader and Blackhawk (UH-60) pilot. Feeling a calling to continue to help others by creating flexible earning opportunities, I joined Uber in 2015, where I launched a then-novel ride-hail service across multiple cities and grew a fascination for business operations and analytics. While working full-time at Uber, I earned my MBA from Duke (Fuqua) that opened up a new professional growth opportunity with Amazon. At Amazon, I launched a fulfillment facility and managed over 100 associates, becoming the fastest facility to reach Amazon's benchmark standards in 2018. My passion for empowering others then pushed me to Bond where I served as an executive in charge of marketplace and customer success, responsible for launching the company's personal security services across the country. At Bond, I expanded my business acumen across all organizational functions which prepared me to take on a new challenge at GetDone (Rex), where I cofounded a property technology (proptech) startup focused on empowering maintenance workers to be more efficient with their time. Most recently, I led the commercial launch of Cruise’s self-driving ridehail service in Austin, Texas, scaled the operation and managed all facets of the business.
