Provide consultation to all aspects of medical and clinical treatment services nationally

Recruit and retain senior medical and clinical personnel throughout the organization. 
Ensure that clinical programming is delivered consistently, following and exceeding best clinical practices across all facilities.

Co-created the Sunspire Health Training Institute that is comprised of an interdisciplinary team of nationally known addiction/mental health treatment experts in order to provide ongoing training to both Sunspire Health staff as well thought leaders in the behavioral health arena

Lead executive team in the development of an exclusive, de novo, 28 bed, self-pay treatment facility located in Key Largo, FL

Responsible for operational oversight of seven residential addiction/mental health treatment facilities across the US

Conferred with Executive Team members on Mergers & Acquisitions and developed three De Novo facilities in disparate geographic locations

Aided in national growth of the organization from three facilities to ten in a 2.5 year period.

Advised, staffed and matriculated many senior level staff members in both the corporate office and at the facility level

Offered consultation to both the operations and clinical teams at each facility on a daily basis

Worked with an internal team in order to develop a shared EMR system. 

Worked with an outside marketing communications vendor in order brand the business and create collateral materials for marketing purposes

Converted and relocated a Florida Model of residential treatment center to a self-contained residential campus

Managed a professional team comprised of Physicians, Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers and Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Behavioral Health Technicians, Admissions, Marketing, Billing, Human Resources and Facilities Maintenance comprised of approximately 50+ employees. 

Recruited through networking a highly trained staff and maintained their levels of expertise and professionalism through ongoing significant in-house trainings

Established cooperative and reciprocal working relationships with top university based teaching facilities
