•	Direct the Space Center Houston employment function to include full-cycle recruiting, screening, and hiring of qualified candidates for all positions including Education, Operations, and Support Services.
•	Investigate internal and external EEO, EEOC, DOL and other regulatory agency complaints.

•	Enters and maintains employee information in SAP, Kronos, and personnel files
•	Processes paperwork (New Hire, Status Change, LOA, Termination/COBRA)
•	Maintains files (Personnel, I-9, Safety, Orientation/Training, ISO 300 Log)
•	Processes payroll/time records, completes related reports, and distributes paychecks
•	Tracks employment related information (attendance, PTO, evaluations)
•	Preserves security/safety documents ( confidentiality, cert of insurance, contract)
•	Maintains ISO standards (forms, work instructions, procedures/requirements)
