Led management and organization development projects for Booz Allen Hamilton's Organization Management Program including strategic planning and business process improvement efforts with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and U.S. Department of Energy.

Associate Management Consultant

U.S. Department of Energy

Managed program to enhance nuclear security at nuclear sites in the former Soviet Union including Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.  Led collaboration with international partners on cooperative nuclear security programs including with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), United Kingdom, Australia, Sweden, and Finland. Initiated programs to sustain nuclear security enhancements in partner countries including regulatory development, site security operations, and national material accounting.

As a trusted advisor he works in close partnership with clients to develop new organization initiatives, assessments, and products.
