I told myself I wouldn’t do a ‘new year, new’ post.

BUT, here we are. I’ve hit go and launched Venture Kix (website coming 🎉)

The last 15 years have been pretty wild for me.

→ Led digital transformation across L’Oreal and Estée Lauder Companies
→ Built and launched products for founders that generated over seven figures
→ Managing Director at The Diary Of A CEO, going from Steven Bartlett kitchen table to studios in London, LA, and NYC
→ Managing Director at Magic Group, creating new channels that delivered over 1 billion views per month, as well as launching new consumer apps

The truth is, I’ve navigated my whole career by finding the builders and founders who have crazy dreams and are obsessive about blasting them into reality.

Behind it all is a level care unlike anything else, and it never switches off. Every detail matters. Every time. That care compounds and spreads though everything they do. 

I’ll be taking that insatiable commitment of care into Venture Kix, where we will:

→ Build digital and physical products
→ Run paid ads that actually convert
→ Fix on-site conversion
→ Get sites to show up in AI answers like ChatGPT
→ Set up AI automations that remove so much manual work

I’ve already started taking on fractional roles and services with founders and the ball is rolling with our first product that we are developing, which I’m beyond excited about - more to follow!!

For 2026, I’m committing to building in public - and it won’t look polished. So apologies now, as I’ll be sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly.

My best advice is to stop using motivation as your only fuel. I know it feels great when you're fired up, but it's a short-term fuel source. That's why the vast majority of people who start anything - diet, fitness, new projects - don't finish. They run out of gas.

The only lasting fuel is routine. And you only get a routine by dragging yourself on the days when you have no motivation. Over and over.

I know that's not the answer anyone wants. I wish I had a magic pill for you. But the only thing that works long term is showing up for yourself even when you don't want to. Brute force.
