Magic Group is fundamentally about the internet, and the internet is about content. Our content engine generates over 1 billion views per month across hundreds of channels on social media. We are currently building content houses in London and Bali, where we will host some of the biggest content creators in the world. Our goal is to set trends and capture attention.

With this attention, we are investing in and developing our own range of digital apps. We also have a venture arm, through which we have invested in over 25 early-stage companies.

But what’s the point if you can’t give back? That’s why we have a foundation—a US-incorporated charity. We funded and opened our first school in Kenya, and we are now working on our second school in Ghana.

I am responsible for the L’Oreal UK Professional Products Division digital e-commerce and marketing strategy, including developing and delivering compelling digital experiences to engage and drive revenue growth and innovation across B2C and B2B platforms. 

I manage a team of 9, overseeing the workflow across Ecommerce, CRM, Search, Social Media and Engagement as well as optimising digital media (paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates CRM) over 6 brands (L’Oreal Professionnel, Kerastase, Redken, Matrix, Decleor and Carita) 

Growing e-retail a cross key retail partnerships both for salons and spas as well as pureplayers including Look Fantastic, Feel Unique, Cult Beauty.
