Project Delivery purview oversees the PMO function managing the delivery of the Information Technology portfolio across with the entire project life cycle with direct Business Engagement accountability for the Australia Pacific and Asian regions, the Global Manufacturing functions and Group Corporate services.

Strategy, Projects and Business Engagement

The Business Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring a value-based partnership between Orica's IT organisation and the Australia Pacific, Asia and EMEA business regions including majority owned or operated subsidiaries and joint ventures operating in these geographies.    The role seeks to develop a strategic partnership between the business functions in order to surface and shape demand, identify emerging opportunities, exploit existing IT solutions, and realise business value for IT services.
