For those who don’t know me - I’m Michael. Co-founder of Tailored Property Group, proud father of four youngsters under 7, ex-tradie and FT property investor. My wife Nicole and I started investing over a decade ago.. long before Tailored Property Group ever existed. We weren’t trying to build a business - we were just trying to build a better future. We made plenty of mistakes along the way, learned some tough lessons and eventually grew an 8-figure portfolio that now provides our family with a six-figure passive income. I grew up in housing commission, started working as a sparky straight out of school and Nicole was a nurse. By 2017, we’d acquired 8 properties - although we were $40k negatively geared and expecting our first child. That was a turning point. It forced us to rethink everything: structure, strategy and long-term vision. Fast-forward to today - we’ve helped over 100 Aussie investors scale beyond the typical 1-2 property ceiling. Last year, our clients averaged 29.6% growth in just 12 months - more than 4x the national average.
