Ran complete drug - drug interaction experiments, analysis, data processing and presentations for several project high profile chemical spaces. Programmed robotic systems for high throughput experiment. Developed experiments for publication purposes which have been presented in medical journals. Two are currently in process for becoming short works/ continuation publications.

Increased throughput of CYP450 inhibition assay from 20 -200 compounds a week for 5 CYP 450 enzyme isoforms. Designed, programmed and tested automation platforms for one week turnaround. Goal was globally noted in my file and received star performance marks. Designed assay for a maximum throughput of 1000 compounds a week with 3 concentrations tested. Attended conferences and presented poster/ publication work for the National DM/PK Gordon conference on several occasions.  
Developed plasma protien binding and microsomal binding assay for compound fraction unbound determination. This experiment was globally harmonized, cross trained, and was automated on a liquid handling platform.

Mouse dissection, embryo micro-dissection, tissue preservation, tissue slicing for slide mounting, tissue staining, and tissue expression analysis as well as solution preparation and sterile laboratory techniques.
Zeiss robotic microscope for photographic analysis of gene expressed tissue.

Introduced new tissue preservation/perfusion protocol that decreased tissue damage. 
Also trained employees on working with tissues, using the robot.
