I am a writer with a unique expertise in education and music, two fields that I am passionate about and have studied extensively. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education, an English Literature Honours degree, and a Music Honours degree from reputable universities. For over 25 years, I have authored several books, articles, and programs that showcase my in-depth knowledge, research, and perspectives on these topics. Testing 3,2,1, is a comprehensive analysis of the Finnish education system and its implications for Australian schools. I have also written biographies of iconic Australian rock bands Cold Chisel and Midnight Oil, exploring their history, culture, and impact on the world. In addition, I have contributed op-eds to The Education Review magazine, provided education commentary on Pulse FM radio, and presented Teacher Trust, a professional development program in partnership with Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland. Through these platforms, I have shared my insights and recommendations on how to improve teaching and learning outcomes, foster collaboration and trust, and inspire students and educators alike. I am currently working on a new book project that will delve into the history and culture of Australian music and its influence on the world.
