Hello! My name is Mike, and I'm a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC®) with an M.A. in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver. At this time, I'm co-developing a mental performance practice in Denver, Colorado named Limitless Mental Performance and building out a mental performance program within the organization named The Dawgpatch Bandits Inc. (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit). My expertise combines mental performance consultation, counseling methods, and the creation of custom mental skill-building programs for both individuals and teams across various contexts. Some concepts that I’m engaging with right now include acceptance-based practice, mindful self-compassion, breathwork, positive psychology, multicultural responsiveness, sport psychology in the context of action sports, and optimization of injury rehabilitation.
