Created and rolled out from scratch MessageBird's SMB Go-to-Market covering the EMEA region.

- Employee #1 in MessageBird's Dublin office.
- Hired a team of SMB AE's to cover UKI, BNL, Sp/Ita and FR markets initially.
- Developed and implemented the SMB Playbook to cover both inbound and outbound Sales processes.
- Created a fun, winning culture that recognised and celebrated all successes which is important in the early days of any new team / business. 
- Over-achieved on all metrics including ARR, Client Acquisition, New Product Sales, Pipeline, Hiring, Churn etc.

Previous leadership experience includes 3 years leading the EMEA Sales Org at MessageBird, 1.5 years as Head of Revenue at &open and 6 years at indeed.com as Director of Sales for the UKI market. 

Outside of work - my time is spent with my family and friends, particularly my little boy Paddy and my little girl Connie and my love of all things sport!
