•	Mentor and develop team members in all aspects of Digital Marketing, with focus around Affiliates, Paid Search, Analytics, SEO & Social.

Key Achievements

•	Led a RAPID performance project on Commercial Trading which is now operating within BT Group.
•	Built forecasting and tracking models to enhance budgeting and daily reporting. 
•	Overhauled paid search accounts across 3 channels - resulting in quality score boost, improved Ad rankings, improved CPA & ROAS from 2:1 to 5:1.
•	Reduced affiliate validations process by 95% by developing automated systems, enabling a more efficient process, and freeing up internal resource.
