I have found a job I love at PACCAR inc. I hope to retire there. I have around 15 years of experience with computer troubleshooting and repair, both with hardware and software problems, configuration and upgrades. I have about 5 years of Service desk support. I have a Microsoft Certified Professional certificate for the Windows operating systems. I have used Sysprep and Ghost software to image computers, as well as Microsoft SCCM (ConfigMgr). I have knowledge of Windows Server, users and groups and Active directory. I have very sharp troubleshooting skills and if I don’t know something, I am very good at researching the problem. I have Comptia A+ (WIN XP), A+ Bridge (WIN 7) certifications. I have a certificate from Bellevue College for their Operating Systems Support Specialist program, a one year intensive course. I know that the customer is my highest priority and I strive to provide the best service possible in a friendly yet professional matter.
