Starting in 2009 with the Holder memo, I have experience starting multiple cultivations, managing retail, company build-out including wholesale, consulting from fertilizer to operating procedures, business & product development, to branding and everything in between. Experienced entrepreneur with successes in sales management, product & brand development, operations management, and marketing media production. I believe that managing a successful team starts at the ground up and have had success in the cannabis space finding ways to build company unity and brand loyalty. Previous real estate and development experience has allowed me to use those skills to find the best suited areas for retail, extraction, distribution, etc. to ensure the lowest logistical costs and ROI. I enjoy project management to bring concept to reality and finding creative means to reach goals.
