Partner with Executive leadership to identify opportunities and assess market parameters and environments for sales; Identifying process improvements and successfully implementing new methods to orchestrate territory coverage to achieve greater results on net new, enterprise business for IT outsourcing services such as Agile Software Development, Analytics, Testing/QA, Security, DevOps, Cloud and Enterprise Software maintenance and support.

Driving the continuous improvement of the sales engagement process to support overarching company and division based goals, KPI, and revenue targets of over 30% annually

• Analyzing overall delivery and performance on each SOW to support reporting efforts, identify
needs, and mitigate potential risks
• Managing and supporting existing relationships to ensure contract renewals and retention
• Tailoring presentations to the needs of the individual account and drive proposals through
ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle
• Identifying and monitoring relevant risks and competition to leverage delivery and resourcing
