I am the Founder & CXO of PicoSolutions Group, a company dedicated to empowering others through STEM Education. With a focus on STEM Education since 2008 out of my dorm room, I provide educational products, online curriculum, and personalized mentorship for educators. Through the DESS program (Design, Entrepreneurship, and STEM Skills), I aim to cultivate PicoPreneurs and equip them with the right mindset for endless possibilities and freedom. Recognizing the transformative potential of additive manufacturing, I shifted my focus to advocating for the integration of 3D printing technologies in K12 STEM education. By successfully localizing product lines and reducing costs by nearly 50%, I have demonstrated the power of additive manufacturing in business. In addition to my work in STEM Education, I lead a team of engineers and designers in developing innovative consumer goods for clients. PICO, which goes beyond the Latin word for "small," represents my core values: proactivity, empowering innovation, customer-centric service, and an optimistic approach to life and business.
