Joined Bold Screen Media, initially as a consultant, to start a brand new Mobile Performance Division. We leveraged Bold Screen's strong established brand video partnerships, and my rolodex, to build out a highly profitable additional core business for Bold Screen.  Initially, I handled everything: from AdOps, to closing the demand and supply partnerships, before hiring and training a new team to manage those tasks.

From initial joining as a part-time consultant, it took 13 months to go from 0 to reaching the first $1M+ in revenue. Brand deals, personally closed, include: Postmates, CBSi, and MeetMe.

Building out the CPI channel for Bold Screen Media.  Bringing together direct and agency deals with transparent publisher partnerships  - passing both IDFA/GAID and the actual placements.

Business Development:

 - Brought on over a billion ad requests per month of new inventory, within the first month.
 - Brought on strategic partners that were essential for the execution of operation's campaigns.
 - Formed relationships with top tier publisher brands including: Bonnier, RobbReport, and SpinMedia

Marketing:

 - Fixed and improved the auto-responder system that was set up using Marketo
 - Provided product positioning and messaging for the Buzzstarter offering.
 - Handled PR-relationships - Getting 8+ articles published on relevant sites.
 - Handled inbound sales outreach, for all inbound leads that responded to the auto-responder.

Management

 - Setup and managed the Sales Development Representative outreach system for predictably generating leads and meetings - reps research and did outreach on over 2000 contacts.
 - Managed the operations for the direct response-side of campaigns.  
 - Provides execution strategy for all campaigns with the sales team
 - Handled legal review for sales contracts.

Operations / Account Management

 - Set up and directly handled native & video advertising campaign execution.  
 - Took over all direct response campaigns to re-establish relationships and get them running again.
 - Optimized campaigns on a daily basis to drive conversions and performance

Director of Demand Generation

Title started as Director of Demand Generation, but role evolved to handling Business Development for recruiting publishers  on the U.S. side.

Responsible for driving top tier publisher partnerships. 

Led and established outbound integration partnerships with top tier publisher content sites (WordPress, Curse, Cheezburger etc) and major video networks (Adgorithms, bluTonic, Baron's Media, etc).  These partnership integrations have increased total network reach 100+M/mo views.
