I was the Point of Contact for the Talent Solutions products both internally and externally.

As well as supporting existing clients I also assisted the sales teams in the consulting and on-boarding process.

As a Customer Relations Advisor for Apple I was responsible for customer recovery and retention, focussing on complex customer service and support issues for the Nordic and English speaking markets.

The key to my success in this role was developing and delivering creative solutions to complex customer problems.

- Developed coaching plans on individual and team level together with Team Manager.
- Apple Manager Training.

Customer Relations Advisor and Nordic Team Coach

Besedo

Workforce management of a team consisting of online content moderators, customer support and social media management specialists.

My areas of responsibility were achieving client KPI's, staffing and recruiting, and internal training and development of my team.

Key Achievements in this role:

- Implemented a new internal salary bonus system to mirror client KPI requirements.
- Overhauled the talent sourcing and hiring process together with HR.

Assignment Manager

Content moderation and customer support tasks for Besedo's clients in the online classifieds business. I was working under strict efficiency and quality quotas to provide the end users with a positive experience.

I was also responsible for:

- Internal training.
- Touching base with our clients to discuss daily operational issues and product development.
- Quality Audits.  

Key Achievements in this role:

- Consistently met efficiency and quality targets.
- Worked together with the Assignment Manager to ensure that the team met the clients' SLA's.
