Oversee a team of 10 Technical Account Managers in technical field problems and requests for assessment technology and content related products, customers, and sales. Direct projects for large international government organizations to nonprofits, and small individual school districts throughout the project life cycle to deliver feature enhancements and custom projects. Coordinate with key delivery teams responsible for test environments management, production release management, and performance testing. 
•	Contributed to the growth of the organization from a staff of eight to 30 by consistently exceeding customer objectives in an efficient manner, resolution of technical issues, and development of custom enhancements. 
•	Developed and implemented operational related training to the team of Tech Support Specialists, targeting long-term foundational knowledge as well as short-term, real-time specific business needs.
•	Exceptional ability to replicate bugs by intuition; root cause analysis, reviewing the database using SQL, testing across various browsers and operating systems with BrowserStack, and utilizing Chrome DevTools to see the data being sent to the browser and determine how many users have been affected.
•	Directed a large, 18-month project for the Department of Education and Training in Victoria, Australia in the implementation and use of the LinkIt! platform resulting in the utilization, state-wide in Victoria, Australia.

Conducted data analysis for the Maintenance Department on over 25 helicopters in training and combat environments, utilizing statistical tools and graphic aids to identify trends and make qualitative decisions on maintenance and flight operations.  Streamlined the information flow and provided data analysis for one permanent squadron and 18 revolving by establishing Microsoft Office customized forms to reduce the redundancy of physical delivery forms. 
•	Decreased man-hours by 200-hours per month and 33% reduction in repairs not completed in compliance with service-level agreements for achievement of the readiness goal for 21 consecutive months.
•	Created and coordinated formal training to include the development of documentation and content and use of available data systems.
