I believe what truly sets me apart is the tapestry of experiences that have shaped me. I've learned that it's not about being inherently different from others; it's about how we navigate life's twists and turns that makes us unique. My journey began with taking the reins of my first company at the ripe age of 21, despite feeling far from ready. Imposter syndrome? It's a real thing, but I chose not to let it dictate my path. Instead, I embraced the opportunity to learn and grow. Over the next two decades, I immersed myself in the domestic and commercial construction sector, honing lifelong skills and mastering the art of effective communication through employing and working alongside hundreds of individuals. Venturing into London's corporate and commercial construction scene exposed me to diverse professionals, from project managers to lawyers, enriching my knowledge base day by day. Launching businesses from scratch demanded resourcefulness and the willingness to wear multiple hats. I've taken on roles in website building, audience growth, professional networking, and the art of scaling other businesses and NGOs, all driven by my passion for self-improvement and self-learning. In the past three years, my perspective shifted from a consumer mindset to a giving mindset. I co-founded Casa Innovation, a foundation in Medellin, Colombia, dedicated to nurturing young entrepreneurs by providing essential resources and mentoring. This journey of empowerment led me to establish MMHR, a Men's Mental Health Retreat company in early 2023. Through MMHR, I offer men battling mental illness a comprehensive 12-step toolkit for leading a more fulfilling life. Moreover, I've created a platform where men can come together, sharing their journeys and supporting each other when it's needed most. So, who am I?
