• Transitioned the company to a fully functioning international organization spanning every continent.
• Architected the design and management of the security infrastructure, security incident response team, training programs, security policies and the Secure SDLC guidelines.
• Overhauled Customer Support processes and tools which improved customer satisfaction by 40% in 6 months.
        ◦ Created a weekly cross-functional team meeting to address customer issues resulting in increased customer retention and increased revenue per customer.
• Lead the migration of the NX product line to a SaaS secure cloud environment (AWS, Azure) which led to a 30% increase in new customers.
• Overhauled the Finance, Operations, Human Resources and IT departments as part of ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS and SOC compliances and certifications which led to increased security and efficiencies.
