One day, it got to that point. I was forced to ask myself, "What do I really want?" Every business I launched seemed to either trap me in a rut or just fail from the start. I can't lie, it was extremely discouraging. A few of my failed ventures include: • Amazon • Day trading • Flipping NFTs • Venture Capital • Music Production • Private Equity CRE • Streaming on Twitch Wasn't pretty. So I boiled down my desires into 3 main categories: 1. Money 2. Freedom 3. Fulfillment Pretty much what most of us want. So I took one last idea that was always in the back of my mind and committed to making this work. Home Cleaning. Back in 2015, I joined an 8-figure cleaning startup and served as head of operations. We eventually scaled to 20 markets nationwide. I knew the model inside and out. Lo and behold, within my first 6 months I cleared $100,000 in revenue and was able to quit my 9 to 5 after just 9 months in business. Next thing I know, the business is consistently doing $40,000 per month and I've set it up so that I only need to work about 5 hours per week to make sure things are running smoothly. It changed my life. So now I spend my free time surfing, golfing, and teaching my model to other people who want the 3 things that I so desperately sought: 1. Money 2. Freedom 3.
