I have over eight years of experience in health information management, data analysis, and reporting, working for leading healthcare and retail organizations. I am a certified health information management professional and certified EPIC application analyst, with skills in Microsoft Power BI, data visualization, and reporting and analysis. I am passionate about optimizing patient care, technology, and data quality through innovative solutions. I currently work as a Health Records Analyst at University Health Network (UHN), Canada's largest academic health sciences center. As a Health Records Analyst at UHN, I develop scorecards and detailed reports for chart completion, release of information, and transcription services. I also prepare presentations to clinical departments and working groups to develop strategies on improving health records metrics. I completed ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests for senior management, using Epic, Power BI and other tools. Previously, I was an EPIC application analyst for the Synapse project, UHN's initiative to implement a new health information system. I was certified in four EPIC modules and enabled cross-functional collaboration between clinical and non-clinical users of the organization. Before joining UHN, I supported the channel marketing teams at Molson Coors Beverage Company by providing in-depth data analysis, insights, and recommendations on Molson portfolio brand performance. I also previously worked at Loblaws Inc., Canada's largest grocery retailer and supported their supply chain teams by providing data analysis and reporting solutions to meet and exceed their key performance indicators.
