I'm responsible for the development and support in the Service Digitization group for two Robotic Process Automation platforms, Automation Anywhere and UiPath as well as the exploration and adoption of the Enterprise Low Code platform, Outsystems.  The five development teams operate under Agile principles and have delivered over 225 automated processes since 2019.  The BOT workforce executes the work equivalent to 380 employees every day and continues to expand at a rate of 15 new processes every month..  I manage five Agile teams and an architecture & infrastructure team in order to accomplish our lofty goals. 

We manage both and enterprise list of RPA opportunities as well as transformational activities within lines of business to deliver more straight through processing experiences.

Business Technology Executive - Service Digitization

Robotic Process Automation 2017- Utilizing the newly acquired Automation Anywhere platform an idea was conceived to utilize templates to input operating statement, rent roll and inspection data from documents received in emails.  I fostered the idea and it grew into a reality via a collaborative effort of Tata Consulting Services and KeyBank employees to bring into production in November.  

 First Niagara Financial Group Integration 2016 - Led teams of project managers, business analysts and software developers on the Loan IQ (Finastra) Platform and McCracken Strategy to transition over 57,000 obligations and loans from ACS and MISER systems for a seamless transition to KeyBank systems.

Bank of America – Servicing Platform Acquisition 2013

Led the technology team in the acquisition of Bank of America’s $110 billion Commercial Loan Servicing portfolio and Berkadia’s $47 billion Special Servicing Platform.  Built a team of McCracken Strategy and Enterprise! experts to board the 6000 active and 9000 paid off loans into Key systems.
The successful transaction is the largest in our industry and completed in a record time of 33 business days.  For the second time, I received Keybank’s highest award, the Chairman’s Award for my efforts.

SBA CDC Conversion 2013
Led all aspects of the SBA’s first CDC closure.  From acquiring the data from the failed institution to translating the information into loadable files via the RECWeb system.  The 2000 loan portfolio was completed in 30 calendar days and was the first conversion in SBA’s history.

FDIC Asset Conversions – 2010-17
Led Technology efforts to transition commercial loan assets to Keybank’s servicing platform and created customized reports on the Key2CRE system specific to the FDIC’s investor reporting requirements.

Domain Manager - Real Estate Capital & Syndications

Confident presenter to client executives, rating agencies such as Fitch, Moody's, Standard & Poor's, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).   My efforts contributed to the affirmation of all service rankings in the Real Estate Capital Servicing division at superior levels.

Escalation and decision maker for a department of 53 development associates with an annualized labor spend of $4 million spread throughout five states and three countries.  Successfully transitioned development associates into a shared service model with global optimizations yielding a 37% decrease in hourly development cost.  

Provide technical direction and mentorship for the following technology stacks utilized within my department:  .NET, Java/WebSphere, WebMethods, RiskWatch, Algo Collatoral, Siebel, LeasePak, ExpressLink, BlueWorks/Lombardi and FileNet content management.

Established an on-boarding program for new full time associates leading to an average of 43 hours of training in both technical and soft skills.

Responsible for project managers, business analysts and developers supporting Real Estate Capital systems monitoring $120 billion in managed assets from origination, through securitization and all servicing activities from the borrower and investor perspectives.

Leader of the .NET Center of Excellence for KET (Key Enterprise Technology) with the primary functions:
•	Published  and maintained development standards in collaboration with management, infrastructure, security, architectural and development teams to ensure the solutions and standards my team created met their needs
•	Attend conferences, events and user groups to discover and understand new technologies resulting in presentations to technical staff of over 50 .NET developers
•	Support software developers by creating reusable components and tools to improve efficiency, including the implementation of Unit Testing and Continuous Integration.

Active member of the Key National Bank Think Tank Team charged with innovation through research and design of solutions to business problems as they are encountered through an immediate response team.

Manage system enhancement projects by performing project management responsibilities for technology related initiatives on projects with a budget of more than $500,000 for a Fortune 500 financial institution. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing project plans and resources, performing cost/benefit analysis, conducting project meetings and facilitating communication between parties.  Work to develop a high performance team with the use of performance reviews, training, peer mentoring and coaching. Act as liaison between the Real Estate Capital Technology Team and other departments within Key.  Work to develop a strong and healthy relationship with both Key Technology Services and Line of Business partners. Maintain system documentation and update policy and procedures documents for all technology risk management areas (e.g. change control, problem management, system architecture, user authentication and authorization, etc).

Initiated key practices in Software Development and Database Administration at Gold Bank focused on process areas of the software development life cycle, change management, service level objective definition and internal/external audit compliance . Architected Gold Bank's Content Management System which serves back - end XML data for the public Goldbank.com website using Windows Presentation Foundation ( ` Atlas ' ) , VB.NET, HTML/CSS, JavaScript , Web Services , and XPath . Defined batch processing by creating manuals , resolution policies and batch attainment tracking . Evaluations by independent auditors on the effectiveness of batch processing methodologies proved to be successful .
