Implemented a mobile computing solution in 25+ vehicles to improve distribution and tracking efficiencies.

Developed and implemented paperless picking system increasing efficiency in picking orders for distribution and improved management of back orders.

Lead Service Improvement Team, directly addressing quality issues and improving internal processes to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Created and implemented “3 And 3” process, working with departmental managers to introduce and implement Lean tools to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in departmental processes.

Vice President – Information Technology

Direct responsibility for managing Information Technology staff. Create IT annual budget and work with Executive management to determine priority and implement budgeted projects. Manage growing IT infrastructure for a company that grew from a single location company to a six location company. Continue management and development of corporate workflow. 

Worked with Pharmacy and Distribution managers to create an automated hand off system greatly increasing efficiency in distributing pharmaceuticals to patients.

Developed and implemented a paperless order confirmation system using OnBase workflow tools speeding up billing processes leading to revenue acceleration.

Implemented a secure IT infrastructure meeting HIPAA Security Rule guidelines including the full suite of Microsoft Server technologies (MS SQL/MS Exchange/MS Terminal Services/MS SharePoint/Active Directory).
