I am a Financial Services professional with 24 years of experience and a decade of leading large teams. I have a proven track record of delivering results largely because of my ability to build quality stakeholder relationships, working well under pressure in demanding environments and, during unprecedented regulatory change. After a successful career in Operations, I changed course to become a Senior Business Analyst in September 2020 and commenced my ANZ career as a Divisional Lead in August 2021. I am currently working on a new enterprise-wide initiative, the Customer Risk Rating Model (CRMM) under the Financial Crime Accord Program. This will significantly change how ANZ calculates customer risk.
