When Vynamic decided to open it's first international office in London, UK, I was tapped to help stand up our operation there. My primary mission was to establish a cultural consistency and connection between the new hub and our established business in the US. I contributed heavily to talent acquisition efforts, served as a cultural ambassador, and facilitated connections across the organization while continuing to support a full slate of client projects.

- Defined and gathered operational business requirements for system design and configuration.
- Authored functional design specifications for system enhancements to bridge gaps between system functionality and business requirements.
